A Parramatta-based migration agent
Parramatta has grown into Sydney's second CBD, and it's home to one of the city's most diverse communities — which is exactly why we chose to base our practice here rather than in the traditional Sydney CBD. Our office at Level 6, 150 George Street puts us close to the Parramatta train and bus interchange, making it straightforward to reach whether you're coming from Western Sydney, the wider Sydney metro area, or visiting for a single appointment.
Why see a migration agent in person
Migration matters are often high-stakes and genuinely stressful — a partner visa application, an employer sponsorship, or a visa refusal you're trying to appeal. Face-to-face consultations let you walk through your documents together, ask follow-up questions in the moment, and leave with a clear, concrete plan rather than a string of emails. That's why we offer a genuine face-to-face option at our Parramatta office alongside phone and Microsoft Teams consultations for clients who prefer to meet remotely — you choose the format that works for you when you book.
What we help with
- Skilled migration — Subclass 189, 190 and 491 points-tested visas.
- Employer-sponsored visas — Subclass 482, 186, and Labour Agreements.
- Partner and family visas — Subclass 820/801 and 309/100, and parent visas.
- Student and graduate visas — Subclass 500 and 485.
- Australian citizenship applications.
- ART tribunal appeals and responses to a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation.
Our full visa-specific guides — covering eligibility, process and common pitfalls for each of these — are available on our visa guides page.
Who we work with in Parramatta
Parramatta and the surrounding local government areas are home to large South Asian, Middle Eastern, East Asian and Pacific communities, many of whom are navigating skilled migration, family reunification, or employer sponsorship themselves or for family members. We regularly work with clients already living locally, as well as people overseas who are relocating to Western Sydney for work or to join family already settled here.
MARA registration — what it means for you
Our principal migration agent, Jasmine Kaur, is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority under MARN 2619203, and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and Migration Alliance. Registration means she is bound by the Code of Conduct for migration agents, giving you a formal complaints pathway through the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) if you're ever dissatisfied with the service you receive — a protection that unregistered advisers simply don't offer.
