An immigration consultant based in the heart of Western Sydney
Western Sydney is one of the fastest-growing and most multicultural parts of the country, and it's where a significant share of our clients live and work. Basing our office in Parramatta — rather than the traditional Sydney CBD — means we're genuinely local to communities in Blacktown, Liverpool, Penrith, Fairfield, Auburn and The Hills, not just serving them remotely from across the city.
What "immigration consultant" actually means
In Australia, only a person registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) — or someone specifically exempt, such as certain legal practitioners — can lawfully provide immigration assistance for a fee. The term "immigration consultant" is sometimes used informally and doesn't by itself confirm registration, so it's always worth checking directly. Our principal migration agent, Jasmine Kaur, is MARA registered under MARN 2619203, meaning she's bound by the profession's Code of Conduct and subject to a formal complaints process through OMARA if something goes wrong.
Common visa matters we see across Western Sydney
- Skilled migration — including NSW state nomination for the Subclass 190, which is particularly relevant for Western Sydney's large skilled migrant population.
- Partner and family visas — reuniting families across Western Sydney's established migrant communities.
- Employer-sponsored visas — for the region's manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, trades and technology employers.
- Student and graduate visas — for the large international student population studying at Western Sydney's universities and colleges.
- ART tribunal appeals — for visa refusals and cancellations that need urgent, time-critical representation.
Why local matters — even when consultations are remote
Being genuinely based in the region means we understand the specific pressures our Western Sydney clients face — commuting distances, family and community ties that influence which visa pathway makes sense, and the practical realities of running a Western Sydney small business that wants to sponsor a worker. That local understanding doesn't disappear just because a particular consultation happens by phone or Teams rather than in person — it shapes the advice either way.
Getting to our Parramatta office
Our office at Level 6, 150 George Street is a short walk from Parramatta's train and bus interchange, making it accessible from across the region via the T1 and T2 lines, and multiple bus routes serving Blacktown, Liverpool and Penrith. If travelling in isn't practical, our phone and Microsoft Teams consultations cover the same ground at a lower fee.
