A registered agent serving all of Sydney
Sydney is a large, spread-out city, and where you happen to live shouldn't determine whether you get proper, registered migration advice. From our Parramatta office, we work with clients across the entire metro area — many of whom never set foot in our office and manage their entire matter by phone or Microsoft Teams, from the first consultation through to lodgement.
Why MARA registration matters when choosing a Sydney agent
Sydney has no shortage of people offering to help with visa applications, but only a MARA registered migration agent (or someone specifically exempt, such as certain lawyers) can lawfully charge a fee for immigration assistance. Registration means the agent is bound by the Code of Conduct for migration agents and answerable to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) if a complaint is raised. Our principal agent, Jasmine Kaur, is registered under MARN 2619203 — searchable on the Department of Home Affairs' public Migration Agents Register, so you can verify it independently before you engage us.

Face to face or remote — your choice
Some matters genuinely benefit from sitting down together — going through a partner visa's evidence file page by page, for example. Others are handled just as effectively over a phone call or video meeting. We price both options transparently (A$100 face to face, A$75 phone/Teams) so the choice comes down to what actually works for you, not which option happens to be cheaper for us to deliver.
Getting to our office from across Sydney
Parramatta sits at the geographic centre of the Sydney basin and is well connected by rail (T1 and T2 lines) and bus from across the metro area, making it a genuinely accessible meeting point whether you're coming from the CBD, the Inner West, the Hills, or further out.
