MARA registration

MARN 2619203 — a national credential

One registration, the whole country

Migration agent registration through the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) is a national credential — it isn't tied to a particular state, and it doesn't restrict who an agent can act for based on geography. That means our Parramatta-based practice can lawfully and effectively represent clients in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra, regional Australia, or anywhere overseas, exactly as we do for clients who walk into our office.

Why Australia-wide, not just Sydney

Visa applications are decided by the Department of Home Affairs centrally, not by a local office tied to your address. State and territory nomination programs are administered by each government but are open to applications prepared by any registered agent, regardless of where that agent is based. In practice, this means the choice of migration agent should come down to registration, expertise and communication — not proximity.

How we work with clients outside Sydney

Every consultation category we offer is available by phone or Microsoft Teams at A$75, alongside the A$100 face-to-face option for anyone able to visit our Parramatta office. Remote consultations cover exactly the same ground — reviewing your circumstances, explaining your options, and setting out next steps — and documents are shared electronically, so there's no practical disadvantage to working with us from another state, or from overseas.

State and territory nomination, wherever you're headed

If your pathway depends on state or territory nomination for the Subclass 190 or 491, we assess your occupation against every current state and territory list — not just NSW — and prepare nominations for whichever jurisdiction genuinely fits your circumstances and intentions, whether that's Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT or the Northern Territory.

Services available Australia-wide

  • Skilled migration — Subclass 189, 190 (any state) and 491.
  • Employer-sponsored visas — Subclass 482, 186 and Labour Agreements.
  • Partner and family visas — Subclass 820/801, 309/100, and parent visas.
  • Student and graduate visas, and citizenship applications.
  • ART tribunal appeals — hearings are frequently conducted remotely, so representation isn't limited by where you live.

Applying from overseas

Many of our clients aren't in Australia yet — offshore partner visa applicants, skilled visa applicants preparing their Expression of Interest before they arrive, and employer nomination candidates still overseas. We work around time zone differences for consultations and manage the full process remotely through to grant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help me no matter which state I live in?+

Yes. MARA registration is a national credential, so we can act for clients anywhere in Australia — and for clients overseas — regardless of which state or territory you're in. Face-to-face consultations are available at our Parramatta office; everywhere else, phone or Microsoft Teams covers the same ground.

Do you handle state nomination for states other than NSW?+

Yes. We assess your occupation and circumstances against every current state and territory nomination program — not just NSW — and prepare nominations for whichever state or territory genuinely suits your situation.

How do I verify a migration agent is genuinely MARA registered?+

Search the Migration Agents Register on the Department of Home Affairs website by name or MARN. Our principal agent, Jasmine Kaur, is registered under MARN 2619203 — you can check this independently before booking with us.

What if I am currently living overseas?+

We regularly assist clients applying from overseas, including offshore partner visa applicants and skilled visa applicants who have not yet arrived in Australia. Consultations are conducted by phone or Microsoft Teams, accounting for time zone differences.
