What we do offer Melbourne-based clients is a properly MARA registered migration agent, fully equipped to handle your matter by phone or Microsoft Teams — from your first consultation through document preparation to lodgement.

Why location matters less than you might think

Visa applications are assessed centrally by the Department of Home Affairs — not by a local office tied to your postcode — so where your migration agent's desk happens to be has little bearing on the outcome of your application. What actually matters is whether the agent is properly registered, understands the specific visa pathway you need, and communicates clearly with you throughout. All of that works exactly the same over a phone or video call as it does across a desk.

MARA registration is a national credential

Migration agent registration through the Migration Agents Registration Authority isn't tied to any particular state — a MARA registered agent can lawfully act for clients anywhere in Australia or overseas. That includes preparing state nomination applications for states other than the one the agent is based in: Victorian state nomination for the Subclass 190, for example, is assessed by the Victorian government regardless of where your migration agent's office sits.
